Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeshkian are expected to meet on the sidelines of the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Kyrgyzstan, Iran's Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said on Wednesday.
From August 31 to September 1, leaders of SCO member nations will convene in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, to discuss regional developments and economic cooperation.
In addition, Beijing confirmed earlier today that Chinese President Xi Jinping will also attend the conference.
