Alcon to acquire Neurotech Pharmaceuticals for $550 m

 

 adding ENCELTO, only FDA-approved MacTel Type 2 treatment

• ENCELTO will expand Alcon's retina portfolio as the only FDA-approved therapy for MacTel Type 2.
• Alcon expects the deal to modestly increase net sales growth and slightly dilute core EPS in 2027.
• Management expects the transaction to become accretive to core EPS after initial 2027 dilution.
