Two people were killed and two others injured after Saudi air defenses intercepted a drone targeting a facility at Saudi Aramco's Shaybah oil field on Wednesday, the Saudi Press Agency reported, citing officials from the Ministry of Energy.
The victims were foreign nationals from the Philippines and Nepal, while the injured were citizens of Pakistan and India.
The incident sparked a fire in a contractor's vehicle outside the facility's perimeter, but oil field operations were unaffected.
