SpaceX sees $14.6 billion in Q3 revenue, beats estimates

Space Exploration Technologies Corp., known as SpaceX, has more than doubled its third-quarter revenue compared to the year prior, skyrocketing by 161% to land at $14.6 billion, the company shared in its financial statement on Tuesday. During the quarter, SpaceX's income from operations landed at $2.8 billion, while booking $4.4 billion in net income, translating to diluted earnings per share of $0.35.

Artificial Intelligence segment booked $7.6 billion in revenue, surging 830% year-over-year, primarily driven by its $60 billion purchase of Cursor and increased Grok adaptations across enterprise consumers. SpaceX also completed Starship Flight 14 during the trimester, making its first orbital Starship flight, as well as delivering 26 V3 satellites to its broadband constellation. "The combination of our launch leadership, recurring Starlink revenue, and the significant expansion of our SI infrastructure continues to drive meaningful operating leverage," CFO Bret Johnsen stated.
