The latest attack on Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport, which took place on Sunday, killed at least one person and injured 11 others, Al Jazeera reported.
The statement from Saudi Arabia's Civil Aviation Authority came after the Houthis claimed responsibility for the strike earlier. The group also attacked the airport on Saturday, when 12 people were killed and over 300 were injured.
