Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was unaware of an energy ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine announced by United States President Donald Trump, Axios reported.
"It was news for me. But if Russians agree to an energy ceasefire, Ukraine will agree," Zelensky told the outlet following Trump's announcement.
"If President Trump negotiated it with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, please tell us when the ceasefire begins. We are ready, and we will accept it," he added.
