A Russian delegation is in Pyongyang for talks on boosting cooperation in disaster management, Yonhap reported on Monday, citing North Korea's KCNA.
Aleksandr Kurenkov, minister of extraordinary situation, arrived along with the delegation he was leading on Sunday, the report noted.
Kim Chol-nam, the North Korea's minister of disaster management, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian Embassy in North Korea, welcomed the delegation.
