Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates exported more crude oil in the first 22 days of October than their pre-war averages, while five other Middle Eastern exporters remained below those levels, according to TankerTrackers.com.
The tanker monitoring service compared exports during October 1–22, 2026, with average levels in January and February.
Saudi Arabia’s crude exports rose 10%, with a 296% increase from its west coast offsetting a 27% decline from its east coast. UAE exports increased 6%.
Qatar’s exports were down 47%, followed by Kuwait at 39%, Iraq at 13% and Oman at 2%.
Iran’s crude exports remained at zero, a level TankerTrackers said had persisted for more than three months.
