Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense said its air defenses intercepted and destroyed three drones in the most recent attack on its territory.
One drone was downed over the Empty Quarter desert while heading toward the Shaybah oil field and the other two were destroyed in the Eastern Province.
The strikes come after earlier reports of 18 drones being intercepted in the Eastern Province in recent hours.
