Venezuela's Acting President Delcy Rodriguez revealed on Wednesday that a diplomatic delegation will travel to Washington this week.
Speaking at the Miami International Investment Forum, Rodrigues stressed that the visit aims to begin "a new stage of diplomatic and political relations and dialogue" between Venezuela and the United States.
The two countries agreed to restore diplomatic ties earlier this March, amid US President Donald Trump's declarations of newfound friendship with Caracas.
