An autistic man died after he got into a fight with an employee outside a disability center in Harlem on Friday, sources said.
The man, 33, allegedly attacked a 54-year-old female staffer at Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC) on East 129th Street shortly before 5:45 p.m., according to the sources.
He was found unconscious when cops arrived, according to police, who said he’d been restrained by staffers at the center.

EMS rushed the man to Harlem Hospital where he later died, police said.
The staff worker was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.
It is unclear what sparked the spat.
QSAC, with locations across the Big Apple, is a non-profit that provides support services for children and adults with autism.
The man’s identity is being withheld until the family is notified.

The city’s medical examiner will determine his cause of death.
A worker at the center, who declined to give her name, told The Post the building is a residential center for people with autism “and other similar disorders,” while another staffer said it houses eight people.
A neighbor who lives on the block said “nothing menacing or angry” happens at the center, adding that the staff usually have things under control.
“Sometimes people are outside talking to themselves and maybe talking to others,” said the resident, who declined to give his name.
“I hear them talking loud and yelling, but there’s usually someone along with them and they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping them calm.”
“I mean, I have seen ambulances outside. They do come often,” he added.
The Post spotted a rep from the state Attorney General’s Office at the Harlem center late Friday night — which sources confirmed are investigating the matter.
