The Russian television channel Vesti reported today that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that Russia is prepared to supply the United States with any quantity of diesel.
In an interview with the state-owned channel, Novak added, "We can provide any amount our partners desire... from the total volumes we intend to export."
On Friday, Novak had mentioned that three tankers carrying Russian diesel were en route to North America.
