EyePoint to cut 53% of workforce, halt year-two Phase 3 wet AMD work, refocus on DURAVYU DME, targeting $30M annual cost savings

• DURAVYU failed the primary BCVA non-inferiority endpoint versus aflibercept in the pivotal Phase 3 LUCIA wet AMD trial.
• DURAVYU achieved key secondary endpoints in the Phase 3 LUCIA trial.
• DURAVYU maintained a favorable safety profile compared with aflibercept in the pivotal LUCIA study.
