Junk Borrowers Rush Billions of Refinancing as Rates Seen Rising
Junk-rated borrowers are lining up about €3.7 billion ($4.3 billion) in refinancing deals and accepting significantly higher rates, according to Bloomberg.
They are moving now on bets borrowing costs will climb further if they wait.
