United States President Donald Trump shared the text of the "White House Accord on Super Intelligence," a set of voluntary standards he and a group of AI industry leaders signed.
The text calls for establishing "robust" internal controls to monitor the capabilities and alignment of company models, empowering an internal team to ensure all controls are operating as intended, and partnering with an external auditor for independent assessments.
It also urges companies to designate a committee of the board of directors to "oversee and receive reports from the teams operating the controls and the internal and external auditors and evaluators."
