BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. announced on September 15, 2026, that it will discontinue development of VOXZOGO for children with Noonan syndrome.
According to a company statement, the decision was based on an assessment of factors including study feasibility and the current treatment landscape for children with Noonan syndrome. BioMarin stated the decision was not related to the safety or efficacy of VOXZOGO.
