Jaguar Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAGX) (Jaguar) family company Napo Pharmaceuticals (Napo) today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Napo's request for a waiver of the fee associated with the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) for Mytesi® (crofelemer delayed-release tablets) for the 2027 fiscal year. Mytesi is an FDA-approved prescription drug for the symptomatic relief of noninfectious diarrhea in adult patients with HIV/AIDS on antiretroviral therapy, and is currently commercialized in the U.S. by Future Pak, LLC.
Jaguar was also granted a waiver of the fee by the Center for Veterinary Medicine of the FDA for the 2027 fiscal year for Canalevia®-CA1, Jaguar's conditionally approved prescription drug for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in dogs, which is also commercialized in the U.S. by Future Pak, LLC.
AWS wins first-ever approval for NATO-restricted workloads
Amazon.com Inc.'s Amazon Web Services (AWS) secured the first-ever NATO-wide approval for a cloud provider to handle the alliance's restricted workloads, it was revealed in a statement on Tuesday.
With this approval, "NATO members and partners inherit a common, pre-assessed security baseline that will help to reduce the time, effort, and cost of meeting security and compliance obligations," AWS explained.
NATO Communications and Information Agency General Manager Dylan Browne added that this first-of-its-kind decision is a result of multi-year efforts, reflecting the alliance's "commitment to helping defense, public sector, and NATO-affiliated customers and partners achieve their critical missions."
PayPal partners with Meta on Muse shopping
PayPal announced a partnership with Meta on Tuesday, saying it will enable shopping and checkout for users using Muse personal AI agents.
"Meta is partnering with PayPal to let customers use Muse to shop and check out across PayPal's merchant network, giving Meta's new personal agent another route for turning product searches into completed purchases," Meta's Chief AI Officer, Alexandr Wang, said.
The project is part of a broader shift by Meta to turn its social media platforms into shopping platforms.

'Finland's Stubb: We need multilateralism'
Finnish President Alexander Stubb called for multilateralism on Tuesday, claiming that it is "the best option for humanity as a whole."
"The Coalition of the Willing for Ukraine is particularly close to my heart. It is a group of countries working to end Russia's war of aggression. The war is unlawful, unjustified and unprovoked. Its solution will have far-reaching consequences for Ukraine and beyond," Stubb stressed during his address to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), adding that the coalition aims to uphold the international order.
Moreover, the Finnish president called for additional permanent seats for Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America on the UN Security Council, and also addressed the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
