Blackstone Inc. announced on Thursday that its total revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 jumped by 35.8% year-over-year, rising to $5.04 billion.
GAAP net income attributable to Blackstone reached $1.2 billion, while diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at $1.54, up from $0.98 in the same period last year. Assets under management (AUM) climbed to $1.35 trillion, with $68.3 billion of inflows recorded in the quarter. Distributable earnings rose 26% year-over-year to $1.98 billion, or $1.52 per share. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.29 per share.

Blackstone's shares decreased by 2.05% in premarket to $120.36 apiece following the release of the report.
