Tesla's Q2 revenue jumps 26% to $28.2 billion

Tesla Inc. announced on Wednesday that its revenue in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 came in at $28.2 billion, jumping 26% compared to the same timeframe in 2025.

Meanwhile, net income attributable to common stockholders and diluted earnings per share fell 5% and 3% on an annual level, landing at $1.4 billion and $0.32, respectively. Total gross profit in the second quarter increased 23% year over year, to reach $4.7 billion.

"Tesla generated over $100B in revenue on a trailing twelve-month basis for the first time. We achieved record second-quarter vehicle deliveries, with continued growth in new markets and strength in established markets. Our Energy Storage business returned to growth," the business said.

Despite a revenue beat, the company's stock lost 2.49% in after-hours trading following the release of the report.
