'Novak: Russia has already started importing fuel'

 Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak has already begun importing fuel in order to saturate the domestic market.

"Now imports have already begun, and the necessary regulations have been adopted to be able to produce additional fuel of a lower class: Euro-2, Euro-3, Euro-4," Novak told reporters.

The Russian minister also shared that several oil refineries are expected to resume operations soon. "We expect that a number of oil refineries will soon be completed with maintenance, and the situation will improve significantly," he added.
