US President Donald Trump confirmed on Wednesday that the United States and Canada have "come to a deal" following a conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
According to the president, the conversation went well, and the deal will not affect US farmers; the agreement remains subject to the finalization of documents.
