Xiaomi unveiled its new 18 Fold model at its Fall Flagship Launch Event on Monday. The device, available only in China for now, measures 5.02mm when unfolded and 10.68mm when folded, while weighing 219 grams.
Its external display is protected by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 3.0 and surrounded by 1.23mm bezels. The foldable smartphone features a 7.58-inch internal LTPO OLED display and a 5.38-inch external LTPO OLED screen, both offering a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,000 nits of peak brightness.
With the reveal coming just two days before the Apple Event and on the same day Huawei showcased the tri-fold smartphone Mate XT 2, the Xiaomi 18 Fold's price starts at 10,999 yuan (around $1,638).
