Incyte, Genmab to study KRAS G12D inhibitor INCB161734 plus petosemtamab in first-line metastatic colorectal cancer

  • Genmab will conduct the Phase 1/2 trial in KRAS G12D-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer patients.
  • Regimen combines INCB161734, Genmab’s petosemtamab and standard chemotherapy as first-line treatment.
  • Incyte will co-fund the study and supply INCB161734 for use in the trial.
