Ukrainian authorities are looking into holding elections electronically, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday, citing sources from Russian security agencies.
"According to our information, the Kyiv regime is actively preparing for electronic elections," one of the sources mentioned, adding that a specially created commission is currently studying Brazil's electronic voting system.
The sources further mentioned that Mykhailo Fedorov was supposed to lead the election organization. However, after he was chosen to serve as the defense minister and subsequently dismissed due to a government reshuffle, it remains unclear who will take on the task.
