Iran’s adversaries are using Starlink and other technologies to bypass internet filters and make it harder for the government to control cyberspace, the deputy head of Iran’s cyber police said on Monday.
He described the technologies as tools that evade government controls and said they challenged Iran’s ability to govern the online space.
