Saudi Arabia's defense ministry said on Tuesday that it intercepted several drones that tried to target oil facilities in the country's eastern region.
Major General Turki Al-Maliki, the ministry's spokesperson, said the drones were launched from Iraqi territory by "Iran-affiliated" groups.
