Trump says US moved aircraft from UK over a 'threat'

 United States President Donald Trump said on Monday that Washington withdrew B-1 Lancer bombers from the United Kingdom's RAF Fairford airbase over a "threat."

"We had a threat, and if we're going to be threatened we'd just move them and that sort of alleviates that — and we actually know the people that made the threat, and they got themselves a big problem," Trump told reporters while departing the White House for a rally in Nebraska. He also noted that those threats are "linked to Iran."

Furthermore, the US president addressed recent reports of a suspected plague case in Russia, saying that Washington is looking at it "very strongly," and it is prepared to provide assistance if needed.
