'Erdogan: Turkey not Greece's enemy'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan insisted on Thursday that Turkey is "not Greece's enemy," but rather its neighbor and its NATO ally.

"Relations between the two countries are too sensitive and important to be used as election material. We have no interest in getting involved in Greece’s domestic politics. Elections are held in Greece, governments change, the opposition changes. These are not our concern," he told journalists.

Erdogan insisted that his main concern is Turkey's security, adding that the country is focused on its own agenda and its own affairs.
