HUTCHMED inks exclusive ex-Greater China license deal with GSK unit for KRAS-EGFR therapy HMPL-A830, receives $110 million upfront
- Deal includes up to $1.295 billion in potential milestone payments to HUTCHMED.
- HUTCHMED will also receive tiered royalties on net sales of HMPL-A830 outside Greater China.
- HMPL-A830 is an antibody-targeted therapy conjugate targeting KRAS-EGFR, now licensed to a GSK subsidiary.
