What has become of our judiciary, of our entire system of justice?

No one paying attention today is unaware that the once heralded system of American justice has become a joke.  

It is no longer about justice at all but only about ideology, about politics, about preserving any and every leftist dream scheme for getting and keeping power.  

For those of us who tuned in to the courtroom scene in Utah on Wednesday to see Tyler Robinson’s lawyer claim that Charlie Kirk deserved to be killed, it was just another nail in the coffin of that once-thought-to-be-great system of justice.  

Why on earth did Judge Tony F. Graf, who has bent over backwards to be fair, let Robinson’s defense attorney, Richard Novak, continue his outrageous and totally false diatribe that overtly suggested that Robinson had good reason to assassinate Charlie Kirk?  Even given today’s lack of faith and trust in our judiciary, this was shockingly illicit.  It is doubtful that any film or television legal thriller would not have nixed such a blatantly illegal tactic. 

The judge in the Lindsay Clancy trial disallowed any reference to the defendant’s religion and chastised the prosecutor for even suggesting it was relevant to the matter at hand even though it actually, sort of is.  

But Judge Graf in the Tyler Robinson hearing allowed Robinson’s lawyer to disingenuously malign Charlie Kirk for what seemed an eternity of lies.  

Charlie Kirk never spoke “hatefully” about anyone or any group.  He offered conversation, he was never rude or condescending.  He simply valued and promoted traditional values and shared his faith In God.  Defense attorney Novak was totally out of line and Judge Graf should have stopped his vicious tirade meant to excuse what his client did.  He murdered a man in cold blood, risked harming countless others, and bragged about what he had done to his furry pal with whom he had a romantic relationship.  The evidence that proves his guilt is overwhelming.  Novak leapt into the gutter at the end of this prolonged “preliminary hearing” and humiliated himself as did Judge Graf for letting him vent so egregiously.

The Lindsay Clancy trial is also an ongoing indictment of our legal system.  That a woman who with calculated premeditation murdered her three young children by strangling them with exercise bands has brought to the world’s attention a bevy of equally morally depraved women who claim Clancy is not responsible for the cold-blooded murder of her own three beautiful kids.  

These pink-shirted moonbats never even mention those children.  To them, it is as if they never existed.  And yet, the jury has told the judge three times now that they are deadlocked which means one or more of those jurors do not hold her responsible for those murders.  

How did we get here?  Fifty years of Marxist anti-family, anti-Christianity, anti-American indoctrination, first in our universities but now it begins in kindergarten. 

The George Soroses and the Neville Roy Singhams are determined to destroy the U.S. by any means necessary and they have the means necessary.  

They fund virtually all the protests that have hobbled Trump’s first and current administrations.  They fund Antifa,  BLM, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel protests. They get corrupt DAs, city attorneys and radical judges elected.  They fund election fraud.  They most certainly had a hand in the Russia hoax and every other bit of lawfare that was visited upon the Trump family.  These men and their army of henchmen and women have shed their costumes of alleged legitimacy and brazenly come forward as “democratic socialists,” that is, America-hating communists.  The vile Hasan Piker is their “thought leader.”  

What more needs to be said?

The left has destroyed what was a legal system to be proud of but is now a mere shadow of its former legitimacy.  They have even corrupted the American Bar.  Now they want to upend the last vestige of that system, the Supreme Court of the United States.  It has a few of their own on the bench now but they mean to pack it with at least four more so that no conservative’s vote will ever matter again. 

The left has had its way with us for at least fifty years but probably in fact a full century, since the demonic Woodrow Wilson was president. We’ve let it happen. We succumbed to the thoroughly planned and administrated pandemic meant to see how easily could the citizenry be controlled and submit to a dangerous vaccination that was unnecessary but killed thousands.  We caved to the sheer lunacy of the dictates of DEI.  DEI brought about the end of the SAT as a requirement for college.  Unsurprisingly, college freshmen today can’t do simple math.  Where leftists are in power, criminals are routinely released upon an unsuspecting public, free to recommit their crimes again and again – which they do. We’ve allowed children and young people to be mutilated because they were taught to believe they were born in the wrong bodies.  We have a woman on the SCOTUS who cannot define what a woman is. 

All of this and more is what has ruined our once-revered system of justice which is now a system of injustice.
