Yemeni government forces retook military positions on the Al-Tuwair front in Maqbanah, Taiz, as clashes with the Iran-backed Houthis intensified in western Yemen, Al Arabiya reported Thursday, citing military and field sources.
Heavy fighting was reported south of Hodeidah, while clashes also resumed on the Al-Barh and Hodeidah fronts, according to the reports.
