The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed on Saturday that earlier in the week, another Hamas commander involved in the October 7, 2023, attack was eliminated.
"The IDF struck in the Khan Younis area two days ago, eliminating the terrorist Muhammad Sulaiman Biuk, a commander in the military wing of the Hamas terror organization," the Israeli army said in a statement.
It added that the individual recently planted explosives throughout the Gaza Strip, aiming to "harm [Israeli] forces."
