The United States Supreme Court again sided with activists seeking to block a new congressional map in Missouri, granting them an emergency appeal on Thursday. The Supreme Court previously rejected an appeal filed by Republican Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins in favor of the changes.
The new map would alter the state's districts to give the GOP a seventh House representative in the upcoming midterms. The changes were in force during the Missouri primaries, but will revert back for the midterms.
