Moderna Inc. will be joining Nasdaq 100 Index on Friday, October 9, taking the place of Warner Bros. Discovery, Nasdaq announced.
Warner Bros. is exiting the index following the approval of its $111 billion merger merger with Paramount, which is set to go through on October 6.
Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz was picked for the position of co-CEO of the upcoming combined company, with Paramount CEO David Ellison remaining as chairman and CEO.
