Ship-to-ship oil transfers in the Gulf of Oman have reached capacity as Saudi Arabia sharply increased crude exports through Hormuz after its East-West Pipeline was attacked, Reuters reported.
Kpler data showed Saudi crude exports via Hormuz were on track to rise to 3.6 million barrels per day in September from about 900,000 bpd in August, boosting tanker demand and shipping costs.
