Kuwait's military warned residents Saturday that army units would conduct live-ammunition exercises in the south of the country from November 1 to 5.
In a statement published on X, the army's Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations urged citizens and residents to exercise caution and stay away from the firing areas during the drills.
Kuwait shares a maritime border with Iran in the Persian Gulf and hosts several US military installations. The exercises come during heightened regional tensions involving Tehran.
